What we can do to help prevent the spread of (Covid-19)
- Wash hands before touching frequently touched surfaces
- Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue if you sneeze or cough
- Avoid close contact (2 meters or 6 feet) with people who are not feeling well
- Stay home from work and self isolate if you or someone in your household is having flu like symptoms covid-19
